The Assistant Coach will coordinate practice planning, game strategies, and scouting while providing individual instruction and film review for student-athletes. Description Comply with and uphold all NCAA, conference, departmental, and institutional rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to student-athlete success when interacting with all constituent groups, with particular emphasis on student-athletes, athletics department coaches and staff, and members of the University community.
Coordinate and contribute to the planning and execution of practices and competitions, including practice plans, game strategies, scouting, and in-game adjustments.
Provide individual and small-group coaching, instruction, skill development, and film review sessions to support student-athlete development and team performance.
Participate in game-day preparation and responsibilities, including team meetings, pre-game preparation, in-game coaching, and post-game debriefs and evaluations.
Collaborate with coaching staff and athletics personnel to support team operations, student-athlete development, and the overall goals of the athletics program.
Work Hours: Part-time Schedule varies depending on in-season or out-of-season. The ability to work nights and weekends required to support practices and games.
