Job Summary

Plans and carries out instruction in the Nursing program in the clinical and lab setting under the supervision of the program administrator and course faculty.

Job Duties

• Clinical instruction includes planning engaging clinical experiences commensurate with the assigned student’s level in the program.
• Maintains records and reports on student learning and evaluates lab and clinical performance of assigned students.
• Responsibilities also include acting as a liaison between the nursing program and the healthcare facility.
• Candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic and have an in-depth understanding of the principles in their discipline or field.
• May be required to teach evening, weekend, or at other campus locations as the need arises.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid, unencumbered KY (or a compact state with multi-state privileges) registered nursing (RN) license and two years of nursing experience.
