As a Therapist/Clinician, you will: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents with diverse mental health needs Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy) under clinical supervision Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with COMAR, HIPAA, and agency standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and school staff Engage families as active partners in the therapeutic process Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development QualificationsWhat We're Looking For ✔ Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (required) ✔ Graduate licensure in Maryland or D.C.
