We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced BCBAs to deliver high-quality, data-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that help clients achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes. As a BCaBA, you will serve as a key member of our clinical team, implementing individualized treatment plans, supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and helping drive positive client progress through evidence-based practices. What You'll Do Deliver Exceptional Clinical Services Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA. Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in a variety of settings. Support skill generalization and promote independence across home, school, clinic, and community environments. Assist with caregiver training and treatment carryover strategies under BCBA direction. Monitor Progress Through Data-Driven Decision Making Collect, record, and analyze behavioral and treatment data. Monitor client progress and identify meaningful trends. Share clinical observations and recommendations with the supervising BCBA to support treatment planning and program refinement. Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines using the Rethink EMR platform. Support and Supervise RBTs Provide coaching, mentorship, and supervision to assigned RBTs under BCBA oversight. Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and consistency. Support ongoing staff development and clinical excellence.

Note

  • The supervising BCBA retains ultimate clinical and ethical responsibility for all assigned cases and serves as the designated RBT Requirements Coordinator. Collaborate with Families and Clinical Teams Participate in clinical team meetings, family meetings, and school-based coordination activities. Assist with Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) data collection and indirect assessment activities as directed. Maintain compliance with BACB ethics requirements, state regulations, and organizational policies. Current and active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing with the BACB. Current and active Oklahoma OLBAB BCaBA certification. Experience implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities. Strong data collection, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Successful completion of required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screenings. Preferred Qualifications
