The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment where children can learn and grow through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Provide instruction and communication in both Spanish and English as part of our Spanish immersion program.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Observe and document children’s development and progress.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with families and team members.
• Follow MLFB policies, EEC regulations, and program procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support children’s needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-age children preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish-English required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, patient, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education.
• EEC qualifications or willingness to meet Massachusetts EEC requirements.
