YOUNG WOMEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION: EARLY LEARNING CENTER Founded in 2001, the ELC provides high-quality early childhood education to families that have experienced homelessness and other traumatic occurrences through a two generational trauma-informed approach, small classrooms, and coordination of supportive services.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A LEAD TEACHER - EARLY LEARNING CENTER To excel as a preschool Lead Teacher, candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate's Degree in a related field and be enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
Additionally, candidates should have at least 2 to 3 years of full-time teaching experience with young children aged 3 to 5 years old.
A thorough understanding of ODJFS rules and regulations is essential.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or Special Education.
Minimum Required: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or related field.
Currently enrolled and engaged in a Bachelor's program in an approved related field.
