Minimum of two (2) years of collegiate coaching experience.
Minimum of four (4) years of collegiate cheer and/or STUNT participation experience.
Experience recruiting student-athletes at the collegiate level.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience with game-day operations, competition preparation, and program administration.
Assist the Head Cheer & STUNT Coach in all aspects of the Cheer & STUNT programs.
Coordinate and direct specific areas of the program as assigned by the Head Coach.
Assist with practice planning, skill development, game-day operations, competition preparation, and recruiting efforts.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to student-athletes to promote academic success, personal growth, and athletic achievement.
Support program operations including travel coordination, equipment management, and event preparation.
Assist with recruiting prospective student-athletes and support university enrollment and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all NCAA, conference, university, and departmental policies and procedures.
Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, integrity, accountability, and excellence.
Operates a university or personal vehicle safely while carrying out job responsibilities. Will authorize, pursuant to university policies and procedures, a driving record check, and will meet the driving authorization requirements through the course of employment in a position where you are authorized to drive a vehicle as part of your duties.
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with university policies and applicable laws.
