In Pennsylvania, Group Supervisor roles in child care are commonly tied to centers that need staff who can lead classrooms, support licensing compliance, and keep daily routines running smoothly. These positions are competitive because employers often look for an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, plus current state clearances, CPR certification, and health screenings.
