The Teacher's Aide will support the Lead Teacher in managing a classroom of up to six students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Responsibilities include implementing behavior support strategies, facilitating daily routines, and collecting data on student progress.
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Teacher’s Aide to support the Lead Teacher in our microschool classroom. $18/hour pay rate 8:30am-1:30pm Ongoing training and development in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis Supportive, collaborative work environment Extended Opportunity: Teacher’s Aides will also have the opportunity to earn additional income as an RBT by providing 1:1 ABA therapy sessions after school hours and on non-operational school days (aligned with the Broward County Schools calendar), paid hourly. This is an excellent option for those interested in growing their experience in ABA and supplementing their income.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with children. Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and RBT certification are considered strong assets.
