The Instructional Assistant will support teachers in delivering literacy and math instruction while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for students. In pursuit of this mission, we are hiring an Instructional Assistant.
This individual will help ensure the safety and success of all students in the building.
Instructional Assistants build relationships with students they work with, support teachers in ensuring that students are engaged and supported during lessons, and interact with parents and families.
They are a crucial component of a student's support structure at school.
In particular, Instructional Assistants will focus on supporting literacy and math instruction.

Must have one of the following: Associate's Degree 60 completed college credits Proof of passing the ETS Paraprofessional Exam
Previous experience working with students in small group and RTI settings Understanding of how to read and understand a student's IEP Desire to become a certified teacher long term

\n $18.75 - $22.45 an hour All external candidates will start at the minimum salary listed unless there are extenuating circumstances.
