Market context
In Virginia, school-age teacher openings often reflect steady demand in after-school and child care settings, especially for candidates who can manage classroom routines and support child development. These roles are competitive because employers look for lead-teacher eligibility, strong organization, and clear communication, while benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and career development can help offset the hourly pay range. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your lead-teacher credentials and prepare examples of classroom management and behavior support.
