The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow teachers to promote child growth. They also manage classroom operations, implement curriculum, and build strong relationships with families.

Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
