Illinois bilingual paraprofessional role

In Illinois, bilingual Spanish/English paraprofessional roles are often competitive because schools and student-support programs need staff who can communicate clearly with families and students while staying calm under routine changes. This role stands out for its language requirement, age minimum, and ability to drive a student van; background in security or juvenile justice may help.
