We're seeking an EEC Certified Toddler Teacher to join our loving and experienced team at our Norwell center.
If you're an experienced toddler teacher, infant teacher, infant/toddler teacher, or preschool teacher who loves the 15 months–3 years age group, we'd love to meet you.
In this role, you will lead a classroom of curious and active toddlers, guiding them through essential milestones with patience, positivity, and purpose. \n
EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required) Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals
Flexibility to work 6:30AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset
Collaborating with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials Supporting social-emotional development and early learning milestones through play-based, age-appropriate activities Keeping parents informed and building positive relationships with children and families Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment Assisting with daily routines, including toilet training, diapering, meals, outdoor time, and naptime Tracking children's progress and completing required assessments Maintaining your EEC-required professional development hours and PQ registry Helping toddlers build independence, language, and confidence
