  • DALLAS, TX 75201The Children, Youth and Family Program is looking for a childcare provider who is an experienced worker and is able to work part time evenings and weekends. To be a successful childcare provider, you should enjoy being around children and feel comfortable juggling multiple behavior challenges. Responsible for helping babies with basic needs including feeding and changing if needed. Must be able to work evenings and weekends Superb multitasking abilities and sound judgement skills Ability to manage behavioral and developmental challenges in children using positive behavior management techniques Assist with distributing snack, activities and cleanup as needed Physical demands such as sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 25 pounds may be necessary CPR and First Aid certifications preferred Candidates will be required to undergo and successfully pass a background check prior to hire Bilingual required Minimum high school diploma and 3-5 years proven experience working with children
