We're seeking an EEC Certified Infant Toddler Teacher to join our loving and experienced team at our Plymouth center.
In this role, you will lead a classroom of curious and active infant/toddlers, guiding them through essential milestones with patience, positivity, and purpose. \n
EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required) Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals
Flexibility to work 7:00AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset
Collaborating with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials Supporting social-emotional development and early learning milestones through play-based, age-appropriate activities Keeping parents informed and building positive relationships with children and families Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment Assisting with daily routines, including toilet training, diapering, meals, outdoor time, and naptime Tracking children's progress and completing required assessments Maintaining your EEC-required professional development hours and PQ registry Helping toddlers build independence, language, and confidence
