We are seeking a compassionate and dependable paraprofessional to support students with diverse learning needs across our campuses in the Dayton, Ohio area.
In this role you will work one on one and/or in small group settings to support student learning and daily functioning, assist with implementation of individualized education and behavior support plans, provide personal care and mobility assistance as needed, communicate regularly with supervising staff and teachers, and maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for all students.
Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor's degree or a minimum of two years of acceptable college coursework from an accredited institution, have prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, be able to follow direction from licensed educators and specialists, demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, and must meet Ohio background check requirements.
