Are you a DHH educator looking for a flexible school-based opportunity? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois school district to hire a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for the entire 2026–2027 school year.

This is an in-person, part-time position requiring 2–3 days per week. The selected educator will provide specialized educational support while helping students access instruction, strengthen communication skills, and work toward their individual academic goals.

Position Details

Schedule: 2–3 days per week Setting: In-person Assignment: Full 2026–2027 school year Position Type: Part-time Licensure: Illinois DHH Teacher endorsement required

What You'll Do

Provide instruction and support based on students' individual learning needs, collaborate with school personnel to promote educational progress, and contribute to an accessible and inclusive learning environment. The role may also involve supporting IEP goals, monitoring student development, and communicating with families and educational team members.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with the appropriate Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) endorsement. Educators with a passion for accessible instruction and student advocacy are encouraged to apply.
