Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking two Early Childhood Teachers to support a preschool program within an Illinois elementary school for the 2026–2027 school year. These are full-time positions in a blended classroom setting, offering an opportunity to provide developmentally appropriate instruction and support the early academic, social, and emotional growth of young learners.
The Early Childhood Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, facilitate classroom activities, establish effective routines, and create a safe and supportive learning environment. Teachers will work with school staff to address student needs, encourage participation and independence, and support foundational skills that prepare children for continued academic success.
The role includes collaboration with educators and other school personnel, observation of student development, and adjustment of instruction based on individual learning needs. Hands-on activities and engaging classroom experiences will be used to promote learning and development.

LBS1 endorsement preferred, but not required. Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Early Childhood endorsement.
