The LEAP Proctor is responsible for preparing testing environments, greeting students, and ensuring the integrity of test administration. They must also maintain a quiet, orderly atmosphere and handle post-test documentation and material storage.
Ravenscroft School is seeking an Upper School Learning Enrichment and Advancement Program (LEAP) Proctor to join our community of educators who actively strive to be diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
This is a part-time, non-exempt, 10-month position following the academic calendar (August–June), scheduled for approximately 20 hours per week.

This role is based on Ravenscroft's campus and involves working primarily in testing rooms and shared office space within the Upper School. The position requires the ability to move between testing locations, stand and walk for extended periods while monitoring sessions, and lift and move testing materials up to 20 pounds. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to remain calm and focused in a dynamic educational environment are required.
