About the role

Provide clerical and administrative support to office personnel and coaching staff. Assist with operational duties including equipment management, team care, and recruiting organization.

Position Duties

  • Provide support to office personnel through clerical and administrative functions
  • Assist with operational duties of organization and information systems in areas of equipment, team care, and marketing
  • Support coaching staff with recruiting organization including data entry, external communication packets, and compiling lists and spreadsheets

Job Requirements

  • Ability to effectively monitor and communicate to student-athletes, coaches, and staff
  • Punctuality, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to understand and articulate program needs
  • Sport-specific equipment knowledge is preferred but not required
