The Lead Teacher will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum while planning engaging activities to support cognitive, social, and emotional development. They are also responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children and documenting student progress.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, with an Associate degree preferred. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and strong communication skills to interact effectively with parents and staff.
