This part-time Spanish Teacher position will be for the following Magic Memories Centers: Collegeville, Jeffersonville, Norristown, Plymouth Meeting, and Royersford, requiring you to travel to two locations per day! (Additional responsibilities could be added to this position if the candidate is interested in full-time hours.)

As a Part-time Spanish Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate our young learners, as well as ensuring their health and safety, creating a supportive and educational environment, and upholding the core values of Magic Memories. You will have the opportunity to strengthen the center's overall culture and be a role model for our staff, families, and local community. What You’ll Do
Offer a Spanish Program that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs of both the individual and the group.
Interact with the children using the Spanish Language and to encourage their involvement in group activities incorporating the colors, shapes, numbers and sharing.
Treat each child with dignity and respect but with open affection.
Prepare a warm, safe, and affectionate environment that is orderly, clean, and appealing and permits the child to grow and to explore.
Plan lesson plans using the program themes to guide topics and instruction.
Establish and maintain good communication with other Teachers to ensure that all lessons and instruction will be accurately represented in parent communication.
Observe, record and report significant individual and group behavior.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
Must be Fluent in Spanish Min.
2 years of experience in early childhood education & Spanish teaching A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in ECE, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university including 30 credit hours in the above categories and 1 year of experience with children.
An associate's degree in the above categories and 2 years of experience.
An associate's degree includes 30 hours in the above categories and 3 years of experience.
