We are seeking an energetic and reliable Spanish Instructor to lead engaging after-school Spanish enrichment classes for elementary-aged students. The ideal candidate is passionate about language education and enjoys working with young learners in a supportive, structured classroom environment. Address Location: 101 W. La Habra Blvd. La Habra, CA 90631 Session 1 Start Date: 9/14/2026 End Date: 9/18/2026 Days: Monday - Friday Age/Grade: 6-12 YO (Start Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM) Age/Grade: 13-17 YO (Start Time: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) Session 2 Start Date: 9/21/2026 End Date: 9/25/2026 Days: Monday - Friday Age/Grade: 6-12 YO (Start Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM) Age/Grade: 13-17 YO (Start Time: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM)

Responsibilities

Teach interactive beginner-level Spanish through games, songs, vocabulary activities, and cultural lessons. Maintain a positive, encouraging classroom environment that supports participation and confidence-building. Prepare weekly lesson plans aligned with program goals. Supervise students during class transitions, ensuring safety at all times. Communicate professionally with school staff and program coordinators. Track attendance and report any concerns as needed.

Requirements

Prior experience teaching children, tutoring, or leading youth programs. Conversational to fluent Spanish proficiency. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Reliable transportation. Live Scan background check required.
