Monitor WECA CACFP participants in their family childcare homes for compliance with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) regulations concerning the CACFP Recruit and enroll childcare providers into the WECA CACFP Disseminate written program compliance materials and forms needed to meet program requirements and assist providers with recognizing and remedying of non-compliances; Must provide documentation and tracking of non-compliance Review and instruct providers on forms to be retained by provider for program documentation Complete required home visit forms, online monitoring, and provide information for the WECA Madison support staff Provide written nutrition materials and instruct providers on the nutrition education component required annually Communicate between participating providers and WECA claims staff for consistent and efficient performance of USDA requirements Maintain knowledge of CACFP requirements through trainings and conference calls WECA Community Responsibilities: Contribute to the creation of a positive and team-oriented work environment Demonstrate constructive interpersonal skills Participate in professional development relative to work performance and professional growth Participate actively in team and organizational functions Conduct self in a professional manner within the early care and education community and WECA’s extended network Pay rate: $49.00 per visit + $100 per month for office time + $21.02 per hour for meetings and training & .51 per mile.
