Job Summary: The Athletic Coach will instruct groups or individual players in the fundamentals of girls soccer. Duties/Responsibilities: Educates individuals, groups, or teams on the rules, strategies, and techniques for girls soccer. Plans, organizes, and leads practice sessions. Trains, encourages, and motivates athletes to prepare them for games and competitive events. Teaches safety rules and regulations and ensures they are enforced. Develops physical conditioning programs that equip athletes to meet their potential.
