Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons using audio/visual tools and hands‑on activities Prepare and share instructional materials, including notes, assignments, and project guides Track student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and community partners Plan and facilitate meaningful indoor and outdoor learning experiences Observe student behavior and communicate concerns when appropriate Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities
Demonstrated teaching experience, particularly in early childhood education Strong knowledge of educational best practices, standards, and policies Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships Creative, organized, and deeply committed to supporting child development CPR certification preferred Minimum Requirements: Early Childhood Education or related field, ECD 101 is a must to have. At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare facility Able to pass background checks and central registry check
