Market context
California healthcare employers often seek BSN-prepared instructors with recent Med/Surg clinical experience, especially for part-time teaching roles that support nursing programs and staff development. Competition can be strong because candidates need both advanced education and several years of direct RN patient care, plus the ability to translate bedside practice into classroom instruction. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly confirm fit, then compare your RN experience and graduate degree credentials against the posting before applying.
