Salary Salary commensurate with experience and education. Certificated faculty members are compensated on the VTA salary scale for teachers. Faculty members receive a generous package of medical benefits, and enrollment in the California STRS retirement plan. Length of Work Year 186 days Employment Type Full Time Hours: 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
