About the role

Assist the Head Coach in the planning and implementation of the swim team program. Ensure the safety and development of participants while maintaining the YMCA's core values.

The Goochland Family YMCA is currently seeking a certified enthusiastic, energetic and personable Swim Team Coach to assist the Head Coach in the planning and implementation of our swim team program!

Pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour.

QUALIFICATIONS of an Swim Team Coach Must have one year of related coaching experience.

Swim Team Coaches must have current CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid Certification.

Current Oxygen Administration and YMCA/or American Red Cross Lifeguard/or Ellis certification are desired. *We will train you if not currently certified.
