Build a Career Where Your Work Makes a Difference

Are you passionate about working with children and looking for a career where you can make a meaningful impact every day?

At Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC), we’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. Whether you’re starting your career, exploring the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or looking to gain valuable hands-on experience, we’ll provide the paid training, ongoing clinical support, and mentorship you need to feel confident and succeed in your role.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build important skills that support greater confidence and independence. Through individualized ABA-based sessions, you’ll help children strengthen communication, social, behavioral, play, coping, and daily living skills.

No prior ABA experience? No problem.

Bring your patience, compassion, and willingness to learn—we’ll help you build the skills you need. ABTC provides comprehensive paid training and ongoing support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) throughout your journey.

What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach designed to help individuals develop meaningful skills that can improve their everyday lives.

Behavior Technicians use positive reinforcement, structured activities, play, and individualized teaching strategies to help children learn new skills and develop more effective ways to communicate, interact with others, complete daily routines, and navigate challenging situations.

In ABA, progress can take many forms. It might be a child learning to communicate a need, completing a routine more independently, engaging with a peer, developing a new coping skill, or reaching a milestone their family has been working toward.

Every session is an opportunity to create meaningful progress.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to celebrate those victories alongside the children and families you support—while building valuable experience and growing your own career in the field of ABA.

Why Join Asteri? At ABTC, we believe that when our employees are supported, our clients thrive. We are committed to helping our team grow through mentorship, collaboration, and opportunities for advancement.
