The assistant coach will assist the head coach with practice planning, game preparation, scouting, and administrative duties. They are also responsible for providing spiritual leadership and mentoring student-athletes while supporting the recruiting process.
This person serves as an assistant women’s basketball coach. This position reports to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach. This person will operate with a committed understanding that in the pursuit of athletic excellence, we also seek to develop students for Christian life and service. This is a part-time position and pays a stipend of $9200.
This job description is intended to represent key areas of responsibilities; specific assignments may vary from time to time depending on the operational needs of the department.
The person in this position must be able to drive/transport athletes, set up and take down basketball equipment, and lift, move, and carry up to 25lbs.
