The coach is responsible for running daily operations of the masters swim team and establishing training programs to help adult members achieve their goals. They also provide technique instruction and support swimmers during meets while maintaining facility cleanliness.
As an Aquatics Masters Swim Team Coach, you will work in a fast-paced environment and will help our adult members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. A typical day for Masters Swim Coach could include writing and leading Masters Group Workouts and registering new Masters participants for the group. You will help to maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities. Job
Runs the daily operations of the masters swim team Provides adult swimmers the opportunity to master technique Establishes training programs to assist adult swimmers to achieve their goals Attends and supports swimmers at meets Understands Life Time products and programs Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED 2 years of coaching experience Member of US Masters Adult, Child, and Infant CPR/AED certified (completed within 60 days) First Aid certified (completed within 60 days) Must complete all job specific requirements with Life Time Education. Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping Ability to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to raise more than 20lbs Preferred Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a related field Masters Coach Certification Level 1 & 2 Life Time is a place for everyone.
