• Expectations (How we measure success): Gives timely academic feedback to students in the form of written/verbal comments and grades Uses formative, summative, and standardized assessments to inform instruction Maintains accurate and up-to-date grade and attendance records for students Builds a classroom culture that fosters belongingness and safety for students Communicates consistently with parents/guardians Collaborates with colleagues, administrators and support staff regarding student needs Adequately prepares for absences by leaving clear lesson plans and explanation of expectations for guest teachers Consistently applies classroom management and discipline policies in the classroom and throughout the building
