If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required At least 1 yr Lead teacher experience in a certified childcare center State-specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.

The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.

Requirements
