Babysitters provide back-up childcare in family homes, engaging children in play and learning activities. They are also responsible for light meal preparation, tidying up, and maintaining accurate schedules via a mobile app.

Babysitters will provide back-up care for children when their usual arrangement is not available (e.g. cannot attend school, regular nanny is sick, etc.)
Be Available! (Monday-Friday, between 7am-7pm) Provide top-notch childcare in families' homes Communicate promptly, clearly, and professionally with parents and management Care for children; Engage in play time and fun home learning activities Some light tidying up and/or light meal prep for kiddos Able to follow detailed instructions, and use mobile app to maintain schedule and enter timesheets promptly Be sure to complete daily sheet for each siting assignment

Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience working as a babysitter, nanny, teacher, youth leader, classroom aid, or similar Able to provide at least 2 references who can verify relevant childcare experience Willingness and ability to accept last minute job assignments- for same day and next day assignments a PLUS High School diploma or equivalent at minimum (NO college required) 18 years old or older Reliable, punctual, patient, kind, and a great communicator Able to follow instructions and communicate professionally with office staff and families Experience with autism, ADHD, or other special needs is a PLUS Access to reliable car and willing to commute to assignments Eligible to work in the US Able and willing to undergo comprehensive background check
