RFS Behavioral Health partners with schools, families, and communities to provide accessible behavioral health services that support students both academically and emotionally.

Our team works directly within school settings to help children and adolescents develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen social skills, and successfully navigate life's challenges.

What you'll do

As a Therapeutic Behavioral Service Provider, you'll provide one-on-one support to students throughout the school day while working closely with therapists, educators, families, and treatment teams.

Responsibilities

include:

  • Providing therapeutic and behavioral support services to students
  • Assisting students with emotional regulation and coping skills
  • Supporting positive behavior development and social skill building
  • Helping students overcome barriers that impact academic success
  • Collaborating with therapists, school personnel, and families
  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
  • Encouraging student growth, resilience, and self-confidence

Qualifications

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Education, Counseling, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related field

  • OR
  • Relevant experience working with children, adolescents, behavioral health, education, social services, mentoring, coaching, or youth programs

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, psychology, or education. Relevant experience working with children, adolescents, or youth programs is also highly preferred.
