At Gold Vine ABA, we believe in being the place “Where Every Family’s Journey Takes Root.” We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization providing high-quality, compassionate care to children ages 2–14. In an industry currently dominated by massive private-equity groups stretching clinicians thin, we do things differently. Because we are clinician-led, we measure our success by the clinical outcomes of our students and the career fulfillment of our team—not by volume metrics or corporate overhead.
Why Practicing with Gold Vine is Different
As a part-time BCaBA, finding a role that respects your boundaries while still providing high-quality clinical support can be tough. Massive agencies often treat part-time staff as an afterthought. At Gold Vine, you are an essential part of our clinical family:

You will be assigned to a a few schools within a localized area.
You will work directly with our BCBA and Owner, gaining deep clinical development, advanced behavioral assessment training, and real professional mentorship.
