Super Soccer Stars is a youth sports organization dedicated to helping children build skills, confidence, and physical literacy through educational, non-competitive coaching programs. We create positive sports experiences that emphasize learning, participation, and fun, giving young athletes a supportive environment in which to grow. In this role, you will help deliver engaging after-school sports experiences for elementary-aged children, bringing energy, structure, and encouragement to every session. Lead engaging after-school flag football and golf sessions for elementary-aged children. Engage students in fun, structured group activities that support participation, skill-building, and confidence. Understanding of flag football, golf, or similar youth sports. Ability to engage elementary-aged students in fun, structured group activities. Able to carry 35 lbs of equipment. Able to be active outdoors while leading sessions. Eligible to work in the United States. Available to work midweek after-school hours. Prior experience working with elementary-aged children, such as coaching kids around ages 6-11, leading after-school groups, or teaching young beginners, is a plus.
