About the role

Lead engaging after-school flag football and golf sessions for elementary-aged children. Facilitate structured group activities that promote skill-building, confidence, and active participation.

Super Soccer Stars is a youth sports organization dedicated to helping children build skills, confidence, and physical literacy through educational, non-competitive coaching programs. We create positive sports experiences that emphasize learning, participation, and fun, giving young athletes a supportive environment in which to grow. In this role, you will help deliver engaging after-school sports experiences for elementary-aged children, bringing energy, structure, and encouragement to every session. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young students and wants to make a meaningful impact through sports instruction.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging after-school flag football and golf sessions for elementary-aged children. Engage students in fun, structured group activities that support participation, skill-building, and confidence. Understanding of flag football, golf, or similar youth sports. Ability to engage elementary-aged students in fun, structured group activities. Able to carry 35 lbs of equipment. Able to be active outdoors while leading sessions. Eligible to work in the United States. Available to work midweek after-school hours. Prior experience working with elementary-aged children, such as coaching kids around ages 6-11, leading after-school groups, or teaching young beginners, is a plus. Requirements

Candidates must be able to carry 35 lbs of equipment and be active outdoors during sessions. Prior experience working with elementary-aged children is preferred, and eligibility to work in the United States is required.
