We're seeking compassionate, dedicated professionals who: Excel in providing personalized support Have strong communication skills Are adept at building relationships with clients and employers alike In this role, you'll provide on-site and off-site training and support for clients during skill development, career planning, and employment retention. You'll conduct instructional activities related to soft skills, work readiness, and independent living. Additionally, you may be responsible for locating competitive job sites in the community, contacting employers, and conducting job site analyses.
