Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews Responsibilities for Evaluations: Perform comprehensive evaluations in clinic, home and/or preschool based settings Write detailed occupational therapy evaluation reports demonstrating the child’s abilities and areas of difficulties Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and the evaluation team Develop appropriate functional goals using IEP direct About You: If you have these attributes: Passionate to work with children and their families Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to collaborate with various professionals Self-starter and independent problem solve Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail Sterling values, high integrity, empathetic and considerate Ability to function well in a high-paced and dynamic environment A flexible thinker with the ability to pivot when necessary Must be a team player A life-long learner who is committed to personal development And this background: Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy Current New York State Occupational Therapy License Bilingual is a plus Then we are looking forward to receiving your resume! *
