The Vocational Counselor provides one-on-one job coaching, resume assistance, and interview preparation to support individuals with disabilities in securing employment. They also perform job development by building community employer connections and providing hands-on training at job sites.
Are you passionate about helping others reach their full potential? We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Vocational Counselor/Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining competitive, integrated employment in the community.
Prefers a Master’s degree in a related field plus 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2 years of related experience, an Associate’s degree (or equivalent credits) in a related field plus 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma and 10 years of related experience.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Education requirements range from a high school diploma with 10 years of experience to a Master's degree with 1 year of experience.
