The ABA Technician is responsible for providing one-to-one or small group treatment interventions to clients in home and/or community settings under the direction of the BCBA and ABA Clinical Manager on their team. This role focuses on delivering direct behavioral support services to improve outcomes for consumers. This is a part-time position working 10–25 hours per week depending on client needs.
Provide one-to-one ABA treatment interventions in home and community settings Deliver small group treatment interventions as assigned Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA and Senior BCBA Follow individualized treatment plans and data collection protocols Collect and document accurate behavioral data during sessions Communicate progress and concerns with supervising BCBA and Senior BCBA Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals Maintain professional and ethical standards in all client interactions Participate in required supervision and training activities Ensure client safety and confidentiality at all times Required Qualifications At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must obtain required Register Behavior Technician certification within the first 120 days of employment
