Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment. Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Child Development Associate (CDA) required if no degree Minimum 2 years of previous lead teacher experience Ability to learn and implement Goddard curriculum and assessment systems Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members Ability to multi-task, work cooperatively and manage challenges professionally Complete required trainings for the State of Tennessee and Goddard Meets background check eligibility and additional state requirements
Candidates must have at least 2 years of lead teacher experience and hold either an Associate or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is required if the candidate does not possess a degree.
