We are looking for an educator who is confident in the classroom and understands that working with three-year-olds requires patience, consistency, positive guidance, and a genuine commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child.
Minimum 2 years of classroom experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred Experience working specifically with preschool-aged children, particularly three-year-olds Strong classroom management and positive behavior guidance skills Familiarity with Texas Minimum Standards Professional, patient, dependable, and able to remain calm in a busy classroom Strong communication skills with children, families, co-teachers, and management Ability to work collaboratively as part of a co-teaching team Willingness to follow school policies, classroom procedures, curriculum expectations, and licensing requirements Must be a team player who is willing to help where needed CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to complete employer-provided training
The Three-Year-Old Teacher will help create a warm, structured classroom where children feel safe, respected, and excited to learn. Responsibilities include implementing developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining active supervision, using positive and appropriate guidance techniques, communicating professionally with families, maintaining an organized classroom, and working closely with fellow teachers and administration.
Schedule: Full-Time – Opening Shift
Applicants must be dependable and able to consistently arrive on time for an opening schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
$12.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
