As a Middle School Teacher, you'll design and deliver engaging, rigorous curriculum while fostering the social-emotional growth crucial during these pivotal years. You'll lead classroom instruction, mentor students and colleagues, and help shape the future of our scholars, school and education program.
Design and implement project-based learning experiences using EL Education curriculum Integrate character development (CRISP values) throughout academic content
Utilize extended school day (8:00am-4:30pm) and year-round calendar for deeper learning Assess and adapt instruction to meet diverse learners' needs Prepare students for high school success and college/career readiness

Inspire: Guide middle schoolers through critical developmental transitions Create classroom cultures that balance academic rigor with social-emotional support Lead student-driven learning initiatives and encourage intellectual risk-taking Collaborate with support staff to address individual student needs Model lifelong learning and professional excellence
