As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or GED Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred 2-5 years prior experience working in a certified child development center Prior experience with the assigned age group.
Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.

Pay Range USD $40,000.00 - USD $44,000.00 /Yr.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development or CDA certification preferred. Applicants should possess 2-5 years of experience in a certified child development center and a strong willingness to follow the Montessori philosophy.
