The instructor is responsible for delivering quality classroom and laboratory instruction while ensuring students achieve course competencies. They must also manage the classroom environment, assess student learning, and actively support student retention and success.

Certifications Required: Certification from a recognized certification agency in the field taught must be obtained within 120 days of first day teaching class at Dorsey Schools and maintained according to the certification agency guidelines WORKING / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit for extended periods of time; and have sufficienthand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a phone, computer keyboard and other office equipment Evening or weekend hours, if necessary, to meet deadlines and meet with prospective students.
