What You'll Do
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for children ages infant - school age
Plan and implement fun, hands-on learning experiences using Creative Curriculum.
Foster children's social, emotional, language, literacy, and school readiness skills.
Observe children's development and document progress using Teaching Strategies GOLD.
Partner with families and build positive relationships through daily communication and parent conferences.
Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers and classroom aides.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.

Candidates must be energetic, dependable, and meet Ohio child care licensing requirements including background checks. A CDA or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred along with previous experience working with young children.
