About the role

The Infant Teacher will provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience while building trusting relationships with families. They are responsible for maintaining consistent routines, meeting licensing standards, and ensuring a safe environment for infants to explore and grow.

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs.

Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher to join our team.

Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.

As an Infant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to: Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old An awarded CDA in Infant Toddler, preferred. 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center. A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies. Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $500, paid after 90 days of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings. Requirements
